What products are offered?

What timing should I expect?

Authorized orders are usually prepared in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in carrier transit. Checkout shows shipping charges and any free-shipping eligibility. Review the Shipping Policy.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. Eligible defective and non-defective goods can be returned and an exchange can be requested within 30 days after delivery. For a non-defective reason, the product must be new, unused and complete with original packaging, tags and accessories. Obtain approval before mailing; exchanges are subject to stock.

What if the shipment is damaged or incorrect?

Use Contact Us with the order number, checkout email, details, and photos or video showing the item and package when relevant.

Are there return charges?

The package contains a free prepaid label for an eligible approved mail return, and no restocking fee is charged. An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original method within 10 days, with any later posting controlled by the financial institution. See the Refund Policy.
