Shipping Policy

Orders may contain lunch boxes, reusable drinkware, food-storage and meal-preparation containers, bags or related accessories. Available delivery services, charges and any free-shipping qualification are determined at checkout.

Processing and transit

After payment authorization, preparation normally takes about 1–2 business days. Carrier transit is a separate stage and is estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch. These windows are estimates, not guaranteed dates; weather, holidays, destination limits and carrier disruption may add time.

Address and tracking

Customers should provide a complete delivery address, email and telephone number before submitting an order. Tracking is shared when the carrier makes it available. Checkout may restrict certain destinations or services.

Delivery concerns
