Refund Policy

Eligible new merchandise may be returned for defective or non-defective reasons, and exchanges are accepted. A non-defective return can include a change of mind, personal preference or an incorrect selection. The item must remain unused and in original condition with its packaging, tags and included accessories. Damage, defects, wrong items, missing components and material differences from the description may also be reported.

Request window and approval

Contact mustaphailiyasu514@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, checkout email and an explanation. Photos or video of the product and packaging may be requested for damage, defects, incorrect fulfillment or missing parts. Do not mail any item before authorization.

Mail returns and exchanges

A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an eligible approved mail return. Ask for help if it is missing. The approved instructions identify the proper destination; the correspondence address is not automatically a return facility. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on current inventory.

Refund

Once approved, a refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Additional bank or payment-provider posting time may follow. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
